HARUM.SG - REPLACEMENT POLICY
To qualify for a one-time replacement, your perfume bottle must arrive broken or faulty sprayer; other issues are not eligible. The one-time replacement policy applies only to 30ml perfumes and does not extend to free gifts.
To process your replacement, please provide photos or videos showing the broken bottle. Reach out to us at support@harum.sg, and our team will arrange for the replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
