What is your operating hours?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM, and we are closed on public holidays.

Do you have any physical store?

Our business is entirely online and we don’t have a physical storefront.

Scent inspired by a perfume is crafted using fragrance oils that mimic approximately 95% to 99% of the original aroma.

Are perfumes Halal compliant?

Perfumes are thoughtfully created with the highest quality ingredients that meet Halal standards, ensuring they are safe and free from contamination.

How long does scent last after application?

The fragrance can linger for up to 24 hours after you apply it. Its staying power may vary based on the temperature indoors or outdoors and your level of activity.

Why can’t I smell my perfume anymore?

This is called nose blindness. Your senses adapt if you wear the same scent daily. But don’t worry, others around you will definitely notice and compliment you.

How long does 30ml perfume bottle last?

On average, you can expect a 30ml bottle to last about 2 to 3 months if you spritz twice a day.

How should I store my perfume?

To maintain the quality of your perfumes, it's advisable to keep them away from direct light and heat, as well as to avoid rapid temperature changes. They usually remain good for about 12 months.

Delivery Information

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we provide delivery for perfumes exclusively within Singapore.

Will perfume bottle break during delivery?

We take great care in packing our orders using thick bubble wrap, ensuring that breakage of perfume bottles is a rare occurrence.

When do I receive order after order confirmation?

Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep within 1 to 3 working days by NinjaVan logistics, available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking status is "Delivered" but i did not receive order?

In case the item isn't available yet, ask your family members if they might have received the order on your behalf.
